Main objective: creation of B2B of an office for the acting clients. Through service process of obtaining the order is postponed to "1C: Business network": price lists are unloaded on "1C: business.marketplace ", clients can select sales propositions from the price list and send the order in network which is included in the magazine of orders of the accounting system of Topol Group.
Advantages: reducing costs for acceptance and processing of the order, lack of expenses on development of an office. Through service and an electronic document management system manual work of managers on selection of goods, to printing, scanning and transfer of documents by mail was excluded. Up-to-date information about remaining balance of the range and new products of the supplier became available online in any convenient from any device (the computer, the tablet, the smartphone). It allowed to increase the number of outlets which each manager of sales department can accompany.
