Maxim Shaskolsky was born on January 5, 1975 in Leningrad.

Education

In 1997 graduated from economics department of St. Petersburg State University majoring in "the economist, the teacher of economic disciplines".

Biography

1996-2001

Since 1996 worked as the head of department of securities in Yuganskneftebank.

In 2000-2001 was the adviser to the governor of the Leningrad Region Valery Serdyukov.

2001-2005

From September, 2001 to February, 2005 - the First Deputy CEO of Petroelektrosbyt Ltd.

Then passed to a position of the associate director on work with consumers into sales division of JSC Lenenergo. In October, 2005 based on this division Petersburg Sales Company was created.

2013-2019

From 2013 to 2019 - the CEO of JSC Petersburg Sales Company.

In January, 2019 it was appointed the adviser to the acting the Governor of Saint Petersburg Alexander Beglov.

2020: Appointment as the head of the FAS

On November 11, 2020 the prime minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin appointed Maxim Shaskolsky the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS). Before he held a post of the Vice Governor of St. Petersburg on which he supervised questions of power and tariff regulation. Coordinated activities of committees of the city for rates, for power and engineering support.

Before Federal Antimonopoly Service from the moment of its creation in 2004 Igor Artemyev directed. He is appointed Mikhail Mishustin's assistant.

The prime minister noted that Maxim Shaskolsky should deal with problems of business and residents of the country.
