Montrans controls fuel supply to Zapadno-Erginskoye oil field

In the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Rosneft is developing the West Erginsky field. The company "FAC International" is engaged in the preparation of the infrastructure of the site. KVS is an independent global provider of specialized oil and service services. The company's divisions operate in Canada, the USA, Russia and Argentina. The combined fleet of "FAC" in terms of power exceeds 1 million 300 thousand horsepower.

120 units of KVS equipment work on the Erginsky site. In the near future, the rivers will freeze and the supply of fuel and lubricants to the field will be stopped. To work in winter conditions, the company purchased 1.5 thousand tons of diesel fuel. The supplier of energy resources stores diesel fuel in tanks from 50 to 100 tons. For the first time this year, an inflatable tank with a volume of 50 cubic meters was used.

The supplier of energy resources releases fuel and lubricants by its meters. In turn, the fuel tankers of FAC International receive diesel fuel using Montrance telematic equipment. After filling, the data of both sides are checked and only after that the fuel acceptance and transfer certificate is signed.

There is a large number of equipment for various purposes in the FAC International fleet. Machines perform energy-intensive operations and have a significant fuel consumption. According to the company's specialists, before the installation of telematic equipment, the mismatched consumption of fuel and lubricants reached 30%.

FAC International has been working with Montrance for five years. The equipment of the oil service enterprise is equipped with fuel level sensors satellite and monitoring terminals. transport This allows you to control the movement of fuel and lubricants and prevent the misuse of machines. But the modern economy dictates new conditions when the company's management is faced with the task of minimizing costs and non-production costs.
