2020: System testing of control of transportation of food
In Russia one of crucial elements of a single system of control of transportation of food is tested. On November 9, 2020 the company the National Telematic Systems (NTS) reported about it. The container refrigerator connected to the system of temperature control of perishable loads is delivered from Moscow to Vladivostok. The system of data collection and processing worked at all route steadily.
The complete solution was developed by Softtelematika company (enters into National Telematic Systems concern). A system processes indications of the thermal sensors located in different places of a container which in real time round the clock send data on temperature in transit of a load. Sensors transfer information on temperature condition in a container using "An electronic navigation seal". Data from any point of Russia quickly come to the center of monitoring where signals of violations are fixed what allows to take timely adequate measures and not to allow similar incidents in the future.

When developing the complete solution of temperature monitoring of transportation of goods it is very important to create the reliable solution which can quickly receive and process data streams. In the course of testing of the solution on a route Moscow – Vladivostok we were convinced that the hardware and software system developed by us works steadily and uninterruptedly. It can become an important element of a quality control system of the transportation of loads necessary for development of the Russian transport and logistic industry. |
The pilot run with the equipment was organized by FESCO transport company with the assistance of "Center of Development of Digital Platforms" (CDDP). During delivery the refrigerator container with frozen goods of a power supply overcame more than 9 thousand km. Temperature control system during the movement of a load fulfilled regularly, collecting and transferring data on temperature conditions of transportation.
Tests of development of NTS were passed under control of Rosselkhoznadzor within the actions plan approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on formation of a system of transportation and control of perishable loads (order of the Government of the Russian Federation N MA-P9-6562). All data were in real time transferred to an information system of Rosselkhoznadzor – the AIS "Mercury".
Use of a system of temperature control of perishable loads increases the level of food security of the population of Russia as violations of temperature condition when transporting fish, meat, vegetables, fruit and other products can have negative effects for human health. That to prevent them in Russia there is a development of a quality control system of transportation of goods.
