Hevel solar of Avelar Solar Technology (Anaplan Smart Business Platform)

The group Hevel implemented the system of financial planning, modeling and the management reporting on the Anaplan platform which includes all spheres of activity of the company:

• production of solar panels at the plant in Novocheboksarsk
• construction of the solar power plants (SPP)
• operation of SES
• administrative and management processes of executive office

A system is intended for automation of the following processes:

• formation of business plans and budgets of the companies of group, formation of the consolidated business plans, adjustments to them
• formation of the management reporting, formation of the consolidated statements
• the analysis and control of execution of business plans and budgets of the companies of group, the consolidated business plans
• formation and execution of the daily register of payments, control of execution of the payment budget
• calculation of wage fund.

The flexibility of the Anaplan platform allowed to keep the project partially in the Agile mode, expanding and modifying functionality of a system in process of work on the project, having the conceptual project of the high level as technical specifications.

For company management the whole system of deshbord allowing to analyze activity of group in different discharges and with the different detail levels was created.

For collecting of the management reporting integration with several accounting systems, including 1C of different versions and configurations was carried out.

During the project in Hevel own Competence Center which allowed further by own forces of a message further completion and development of a system was created and also to give technical support of users by own forces.

As integrator on the project the ADE Professional Solutions company acted.
