2025: MyOffice Education 10,000 License Agreement

MyOffice and the Presidential Academy (RANEPA) have entered into an agreement on cooperation in order to expand cooperation. The document signed by the parties lays the foundation for the integration of the Russian office software "MyOffice Education" into educational and administrative processes. MyOffice announced this on September 19, 2025.

Within the framework of this agreement, the partners intend to create conditions for the development of the ICT infrastructure of the university on domestic solutions. To do this, MyOffice will provide the Presidential Academy with 10,000 licenses "MyOffice Education" free of charge.

Thanks to the testing stage on the basis of the Academy, it was decided to replicate the experience of supporting the transition of higher education to technological solutions of Russian production. The parties will also be engaged in updating educational programs - this will help strengthen the training of specialists who are confident in modern digital tools. Another important task will be the popularization of Russian software and the development of digital literacy among students and teachers.

To achieve these goals, joint events are also planned: conferences, round tables, seminars and webinars aimed at exchanging experience. In addition, a production practice will be organized for students of the Presidential Academy based on MyOffice products.

This agreement develops the experience of cooperation between the parties.

2020: Developing a training course

Knowledge Hub MyOffice"" developed a training course for the Digital School Transformation program. RANEPA This was New cloud technologies reported on November 17, 2020.

Within the framework of the project, more than 15 thousand school principals were additionally trained RUSSIAN FEDERATION in the use of technology in the educational process. Leading representatives of the the Russian IT industry were involved in the project.

The training took place in a distance format on the basis of the academy, the project lasted from May to November 2020, and included four training programs. The goals of the project were to develop the teaching staff's skills in working with technologies at school and to acquaint students with the best practices for working with documents and communication tools from software developers.

"Knowledge Hub MyOffice" presented the training module "Unified environment for interaction in education based on MyOffice products," which introduced teachers to the practice of using domestic software in the educational process. The author and presenter of the module, Anastasia Gorelova, head of training programs "Knowledge Hub MyOffice" held a video presentation. Students learned the skills of centralized management of school documents using MyOffice technologies, and in the mode of direct interaction they could ask questions of interest to them.

The module became part of the main course "Introduction to Digital Transformation." Specialists of the Competence Center "Knowledge Hub MyOffice" discussed in detail the organization of administrative and educational processes based on technologies for collaboration. Knowledge Hub MyOffice has developed three scenarios for using domestic software that will help build a unified environment for working with documents in any Russian school:

• Use only MyOffice Education desktop editors in the training process when using different operating systems.
• Inclusion of schoolchildren's mobile devices in the school's educational process.
• Connect desktop or mobile editors to the school's private cloud with collaboration.

Thanks to the initiative of the RANEPA, the directors of Russian schools received assistance in solving specific problems of digital transformation of educational organizations. "Knowledge Hub MyOffice" analyzed the existing needs of the teaching staff for working with documents, and formed a program for the use of domestic software in the country's education system.
