NPF Korabel automated preparation of the regulated reporting based on "Homnet: XBRL"

2020: Implementation "Homnet: XBRL"

In Korabel non-state pension fund implementation of the specialized software product "Homnet is complete : XBRL" for preparation and submission of reports according to taxonomy of XBRL of the Bank of Russia. It became known on November 18, 2020.

To the project NPF Korabel for preparation of such reporting used software "the Questionnaire editor of XBRL", the released Central Bank as temporary solution which will be removed from support in 2021. Therefore the task which stood on the project consisted in integration into IT infrastructure of fund of the reliable and constantly developing solution which will allow to create a complete packet of the reporting (BFO, NSO) in the XBRL format is most automated.

NPF Korabel cooperates with Homnet Group since 2016, from a system implementation project for accounting on EPS "Homnet: NFO". The positive experience of cooperation influenced the choice of the software product and the contractor of the project on automation of the reporting of XBRL.

Within the project of Homnet Group were executed the software installation "Homnet: XBRL" and its initial setup, is instructed (training) of users in work in a system and consulting and methodological support at delivery of the first reporting from "Homnet is given: XBRL".

The last included feedback from Homnet Group on all questions, arising in the course of submission of reports and based on its check, providing interpretations of control ratios (statements on taxonomy) and also the indication of inaccuracies in reportings which need to be corrected.

In a project deliverable the following functions were automated:

• work with taxonomy;
• data loading on BFO and sales tax from information base "Homnet: NFO" using cases of data collection;
• validation of data on rules of taxonomy of the Central Bank;
• technology data validation;
• formation of a packet of the reporting according to taxonomy of the Central Bank.

Advantages which as a result of implementation were got by NPF Korabel it is stability and reliability of a system (releases are issued the developer with an exit of changes to requirements imposed by the regulator to the reporting to the day), decrease in labor costs and load of employees, by automation of the majority of manual transactions.

On project completion system "Homnet: XBRL" is delivered on support within which Homnet Group continues to render consulting services to NPF Korabel.
