On November 19, 2020 it became known about order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko to create uniform taxi service for the help to doctors. The ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications will have to work a possibility of the organization of the centralized financing of uniform taxi service for the purpose of assistance in movement of doctors, delivery of drugs and necessities to the citizens who are on house treatment. Told about this order of TASS in the office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia according to the results of the operational meeting.

On November 18, 2020 Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko at a meeting with the president Vladimir Putin told that in the conditions of a coronavirus pandemic COVID-19 in a number of regions of the taxi attract to fast delivery of doctors to patients. It cited as an example the Rostov region where for physicians "special rates" are set.

The head of state in reply said that such practice is possible, but the rate should be steady and clear that on it "nobody profited". He also urged regions not "neglect" this offer.

Dmitry Chernyshenko promised the president to handle separately an issue of integration with the Unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system) of transportations of doctors.

" Yandex.taxi " noted that the company already helps doctors with different subjects of Russia to reach patients. For this purpose the company organized the separate fleet of partner cars with increased security measures.
