The Работа.ру service updated a personal account of the employer. The company reported about it on November 23, 2020. Now search of employees became even quicker and more conveniently for recruiters and HR directors. Changes happened in sections "My vacancies", Responses, the chat with applicants and also other personal account tools was updated. Also on service the user way and the interface of a personal account is processed, mobile version is adapted, and processes of loadings became quicker.

For fast communication with applicants of Работа.ру updated a chat for employers — now it opens instantly, the user interface is functionally expanded, processed. The chat is visually similar to messengers and gives the chance to communicate in real time. Through a chat recruiters will be able to conduct the first interviews and to invite candidates for the next stages or to reject the request of the applicant. Templates of invitations and deviations form automatically, but they can be edited before sending.

For convenient ranging of applicants of Работа.ру updated the section Responses in a personal account — filters on vacancies appeared there. Responses from applicants can be browsed on one, several or all to open vacancies now at once. It will simplify work to recruiters at mass hiring. Contact the pleasant candidate, in addition to a chat, it is possible via the WhatsApp messenger. Besides, the service added a tag on a response card — for example, about readiness for moving or existence of the work authorization.

Also the Работа.ру service carried out improvement of the user ways and the interface of the section "My vacancies". Now all offers of the company are separated on the statuses: "Active", "Wait for actions" (unpublished) and Archive. For convenient viewing vacancies in a personal account there were filters on regions, the addresses, responsible recruiters and rates and also sortings according to date of creation and placement of vacancies, the name, responses and calls.

Users who the first time open the updated section or the page have a system of hints (an onbording of users). Further using these hints of Работа.ру will notify users on all changes.

Also on Работа.ру service it is possible to control access to rates for each recruiter from the command now. It will help to avoid situations when the recruiter accidentally used the Premium rate for promotion of not urgent vacancies.

The HR manager not always manages to remember or record each conversation with the applicant. However now the employer will be able to listen to a call recording of recruiters with potential candidates using function call tracking. One more of innovations — function can be connected not only on all company now, but also separately on any vacancy.
