2020: Implementation of technology of virtual selection of employees
On November 23, 2020 it became known that the retail chain stores Intersection began to hire employees using technology of the automated virtual selection of employees of V-SSC (Virtual Shared Services Center) from Skillaz company. The technology was implemented within automation of mass personnel recruitment and allowed Intersection to hire already more than 2.5 thousand employees. At the same time the speed of hiring increased by a quarter, and the completeness of the state grew by 4%.
As a result automation of all cycle of recruiting of personnel will allow to reduce the cost of selection of the employee by 27%, hiring time – from 7 to 2 working days, check time in a security system – to 15 minutes, and to increase conversion of candidates by 3%.
This technology tsifrovizirut all stages of selection of employees: from emergence of need for personnel unit before transfer of the approved candidate for a design. A system analyzes completeness of the state, plans selection, does primary dialing to the applicant and conducts the candidate on a selection funnel.
At release of a position in the staff list, a system automatically publishes a vacancy on all key platforms, including - in social networks. It occurs as prioritizing: urgent vacancies are published first of all.
At the first stages of a funnel of selection primary call to the candidate is made by the robot. In case of lack of the answer a system automatically fixes need of a repeated call. As a result to the operator only active contacts get. Also the robot analyzes the number of applicants in base and creates loading in proportion to number of operators.
The analytics is conducted at all stages, the online reporting is updated each 5 minutes. At final stages of selection recruiters-protsessniki - specially trained staff of Skillaz communicate with the candidate.
