ARIS Process Performance Manager Module of controlling of business processes

Continual improvement of business is impossible without control of that, the business processes existing in the company are how effectively executed. For monitoring and the analysis of process indicators the IDS Scheer company developed a technique and the unique software tool of process analytics (Process Intelligence, PI) - ARIS PPM.

This PI tool allows to construct the system of controlling of business processes which serves as main for continual improvement of activity in the company. Connected to the transaction IT systems operating in the company, ARIS PPM "extends" from them the data concerning different points of "end-to-end" business process, visually "recovers" this process (in the form of graphic models) and subjects it to the comprehensive analysis. Thus it is possible to carry out the analysis of all necessary parameters of business process, up to efficiency of actions of individual employees, to compare it to similar processes in other divisions of the company or in the industry (to carry out benchmarking), to define "narrow" places of process - and, respectively, the direction on its improvement. ARIS PPM allows the company to be engaged in business process optimization even if before processes in it were not described.

ARIS PPM has a set of "connectors" for connection to different transaction IT systems which constantly is replenished. In September, 2010 thanks to partnership with companies "Alyans Consulting" and Orticon Group the integration interface to the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system, popular in the Russian market, appeared. With its help deployment of ARIS PPM in the company using the 1C: Enterprise system can be made in the shortest possible time now. Using this program connector in ARIS PPM it is possible to recover the business processes which are actually proceeding in the company on the basis of the data which are contained in the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system.
