2020: Increase in efficiency of operation of technology equipment
"CIRCLE" increases energy efficiency of pump station No. 4 of the Saratov thermal networks. Circle reported about it on November 24, 2020.
Increase in efficiency of operation of technology equipment – an essential task of the heat distribution companies. Often use of outdated technical solutions considerably reduces production and financial results of the enterprises. So, for example, on pump station No. 4 of heating systems of Saratov effective pressure control at the exit was not provided until recently.
Main objective of the project is increase in energy efficiency of pump station No. 4 of Territorial Department on heat supply of Saratov. These objectives are achieved due to implementation of the frequency converters allowing to perform effective pressure control at the output of pumping units.
For November, 2020 in operational responsibility Territorial Department on heat supply of the Saratov branch PJSC T Plus there are 1026.18 km of thermal networks, 193 central heat distribution stations, 9 pumping.
APCS of NS-4 functions based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000).
Implementation of the controller control cabinet complete with transformers of the variable-frequency drive (VFD) on the NS pumping units No. 4 of the Saratov thermal networks provided:
- significant decrease in electricity consumption by pumping units
- reliability augmentation of work and optimization of the hydraulic mode of the pump station due to automatic control
- operational monitoring of loading and modes of electricity consumption
- increase in a service life due to optimization of its work and, as a result, significant reduction of repair costs and replacement of the equipment.
Integration with the system of telemechanics of pump stations No. No. 2-10 is made for display on a remote automated workplace of the manager of the key controlled parameters, operation modes and conditions of equipment.
The KRUG company executes delivery of the control cabinet and a cabinet with a panel of the operator, engineering and a commissioning of a system. Delivery and installation works were performed on installation of frequency converters by Elektroteks-Ying company (Oryol).
