Specialists of Neosystems Northwest LTD company develop and implement the project solution on adaptation of the software product to requirements Customer Selenginsky TsKK (The Selenga pulp and board mill).

Setup and system implementation regarding the following business processes is carried out:

  • Purchase management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Sales management;
  • Production management, including cost accounting and cost accounting;
  • Management of settlement;
  • Cash management, including: planning of money;
  • Accounting and tax accounting.

Project Features:

  • Operational production accounting in the producing production departments – production of rolls and gofroyashchik is started;
  • Setup of managerial reports based on universal reports of a subsystem "Budgeting and planning" in "1C:ERP" is implemented. Rules of collecting of the management reporting differ from regulated;
  • From 181 forms stated to implementation less than 15 were implemented by developers, the others - are configured by consultants in a user mode;
  • The regulated accounting and tax accounting is started based on standard functionality, without completions;
  • Integration with a production equipment is executed;
  • Data collection terminals on a finished goods warehouse (rollers) and in material warehouses are implemented.

During cooperation the project implementation goals are achieved:

  • A common information space for management of the enterprise of divisions is created;
  • Labor costs on a system support and maintenance due to reduction of number of the used information bases are minimized;
  • The quality of information used for acceptance of management decisions due to existence in the system of necessary mechanisms and reports is improved. At the same time the structure and contents of the analytical reporting conforms to requirements to detailing of information for the purposes of management;
  • The possibility of the cost accounting and cost accounting is provided;
  • Obtaining operational information about warehouse stocks and increase in its reliability is organized. In real time in a system all production and warehouse transactions and also information on the inventory stocks ordered and consumed by production divisions are reflected;
  • Illiquid warehouse stocks are minimized.
