Till 2020 for accounting at the enterprise the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 of Edition 1 software product was used.

In June, 2019 the management of the enterprise initiated the project on transfer of operational and regulated accounting, personnel records and payroll on the new software product.

Within the project the following works were performed:

• Delivery of the selected software products;
• Consultations at start of the software product in operation;
• To consultation on formation of results of closing of month and receiving financial results.

The project is executed in the planned time and within the planned budget.

A system is accepted in commercial operation.

According to the results of the project the enterprise got the following advantages:

• Operational updating of forms of the regulated reporting in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including in the conditions of change in connection with an epidemiological situation in the Russian Federation.
• The organization of internal document flow (accounting and control of execution of instructions, conducting contract work) in unified information environment.
• Possibility of planning and control of execution of payments.

Upon termination of the project the agreement of maintenance is signed.
