In April, 2020 the management of PKGUP of Teploenergo made the decision on the choice as the automated electronic document management system of the 1C: Document Flow of public institution 8 software product.

In the course of implementation the following works are performed:

• inspection of business processes of the enterprise for preparation for implementation;
• the help in the choice of the software product for office-work process automation;
• sale, delivery and software installation;
• user training;
• initial setup of the software product and loading of NSI;
• settings: the document types (entering, internal and outgoing and citizens' appeals), templates of routes, document templates, autocompletions of forms of documents, folder structure, numerators, planning of actions, actions, absence of employees, calendars, working time, files, processes, mail, a forum, discussions, barcoding and stream scanning

Results of Implementation:

• increase in performing discipline using monitoring of completion dates of tasks;
• increase in efficiency of preparation, approval and document approval of the organization;
• exception of risks of emergence of errors of a human factor by preparation of outgoing documents.
