For the solution of a problem of increase in efficiency of document flow (fall forward of document handling, reduction of risk of loss of data, decrease in labor costs on search and copying) the 1C: Document Flow software product was purchased

As a result of implementation of automated information system based on the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product:

• the risk of loss of originals of documents as the staff of SEVER LLC uses electronic document revisions in work now decreased;
• employees got online access to relevant documents;
• time of approval of documents due to use of the mechanism of delegation was reduced (the initiator of the document does not need to control presence at office of the approving persons and signers now, EDMS automatically sets tasks to delegates of the absent employees);
• the performing discipline increased – heads of divisions of SEVER LLC had an instrument of control of accomplishment of instructions.
