Speed of such means can be from 18 km/h. The deadline of submission of tender offers expires on December 3, 2020.

Ukraine is not the first country in which police officers use electroscooters. Earlier the same vehicles began to apply in the Estonian law enforcement agencies. And in Russia — it is specific in Naberezhnye Chelny — the security guard and patrol service uses segways for movement on streets.

Similar transport in Ukraine could be necessary for refining in practice of the moments connected with earlier adopted  bill of electroscooters and electroscooters.

Also it is supposed that electroscooters, giroskuter and monowheels will be used for patrol of pedestrian zones, parks and other places where accumulation of people does not allow to use other vehicles.

Earlier the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko  still transferred to the Kiev police of 100 bicycles for patrol of streets and parks of the capital. It is about bicycles of production of the German company Corratec X-Vert Halcon.[1]
