HEN Chelyabinsk (Herayeus Electro-Knight Chelyabinsk) was required an electronic document management system which would help to organize work with documents, including creation, approval, storage and search of the necessary data.
Its implementation allowed to automate the following functions:
- internal document flow;
- accounting of all data by projects (for example, documents, processes, tasks);
- scanning and barcoding of documents;
- accounting, control and analysis of terms, cycles, success of execution of tasks;
- preparation of internal, external and hospitality events;
- accounting and planning of working time.
As a result of automation the company completely refused paper document flow, ordered work of employees with documents is adjusted.
