At the enterprise the Samara plant of Strommashin for automation of more difficult processes of document flow, the company management made the decision on carrying out upgrade from the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF software product on "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP"

Within the project all processes of the document flow connected with approval of agreements and other documents were automated.

Results:

• As a result of implementation all documents are stored in a system and are on-line accessible on the first demand of.
• The possibility of loss of documents is excluded.
• Control of passing of stages of each process of approval is automated, an opportunity to set time frames of all process in general and its stages is provided.
• Due to accurate differentiation of areas of responsibility the possibility of an error is reduced to a minimum.
• The continuity of process of approval of the agreement and obtaining result in required terms is provided.
