In a project deliverable which lasted 6 months 700 employees of the company received the convenient instrument of reflection of working time, and heads a system which helps to plan loading of subordinates and to build flexible reports on executive discipline and costs, including to carry out the plan-fact analysis of labor costs.

The following objectives were achieved:

  • The performing discipline is increased. Implemented convenient jobs for employees, the assistant to creation of documents, the ergonomic interface of documents, functionality of heads for control and finished mobile application;
  • Preparation of planned data by heads is automated. Implemented convenient and functional jobs for annual planning of loading of employees with a possibility of carrying out quarterly audits;
  • Time of approval of reports according to the plan and to the fact is reduced. Described and optimized all business processes in the company connected taking into account working time and also implemented automatic sending reports in a convenient type and notifications;
  • Accounting of labor costs for a financial system is organized. Developed a subsystem which allows to consider labor costs of employees on all analysts who are used in a financial system, functionality of the plan-fact analysis and integration with ZUP;
  • Costs for support of a system are reduced.
