As a result of implementation EDMS "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" Ochersky machine-building plant received an automated system of a broad spectrum of tasks of accounting of documents, to interaction of employees and also control and the analysis of performing discipline.

Thanks to implementation of EDMS at our enterprise for the first 3 months of work in EDMS the following results were achieved:

• thanks to opportunities of seamless integration it became possible to obtain quickly information on conditions and results of approval of the agreement directly in the accounting system that increased convenience of work to accountant officers;
• terms of approval of agreements it was reduced, thanks to control of terms and the due notice;
• work of employees with documents since document templates and templates of processing of documents were recorded was arranged;
• search time of the necessary information was twice reduced;
• there was an opportunity to quickly monitor completion dates of tasks that allowed to reduce execution duration;
• it is possible to monitor change of documents – who and when made this or that change;
• the contractor sees a reminder on being at it on execution of documents;
