The MSK insurance group completed the project on development and deployment of a corporate portal based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. The project is executed by NaviCon Group company.
In February, 2010 process of legal merger of companies of JSC MSK, North-Western Administrative District "MSK-Standart" and OASO "PSK" in uniform company JSC SG MSK was complete. The decision on need of creation of a corporate portal was made by the management at the beginning of an active phase of consolidation. The single integrated platform using which it was going to simplify joint work was necessary for effective management of quickly growing structure and increase in effectiveness of business processes.
Within the project the following functionality is implemented: storages of documents, the reference book by employees, cards of offices and branches with indication of the address and contact information on each branch, news feeds and also other instruments of display and management of corporate information. The project is implemented in 1.5 months.
