NPF Sberbank improved processes of management of IT services on the Assyst ITSM platform

2020: Improvement of processes of management of IT services

On November 30, 2020 the company Axios Systems (Aksios Sistems) announced improvement of management processes IT services on ITSM- the platform Axios Assyst of century NPF Sberbank.

It allowed to accelerate execution of requests of clients of fund and to lower operating costs thanks to data exchange with a self-service portal, to accounting of IT assets, timely user training and centralized operation with quality of providing IT services. The project was implemented in short terms and with the maximum scope of ITIL processes (IT Infrastructure Library).

Industrial start of the assyst system took about three months. At the first stage the directory of services was created and quality parameters are set. Then the project team of NPF Sberbank and Axios Systems automated incident management processes, service requests and changes. As a result the fund obtains any analytical data necessary for improvement of IT services now.

Further development of the platform will include process automation of configuration management and assets, including increase in efficiency of use of licenses and management of license purity using the assyst ITOM platform (IT Operations Management).

We knew about positive experience of Axios Systems both on world, and in the Russian market and now were convinced of it. Axios Systems implemented the ITSM platform for the minimum terms. The fund received the reliable tool for increase in efficiency of IT department. NPF Sberbank uses the assyst platform not only for needs of an IT command, but also for management of other operational processes.

Development of business processes of the Russian companies approached that maturity stage when "spontaneous" providing and support of IT services ceased to satisfy to needs of the companies. ITSM allows not just to control, but also to measure quality of IT services, obtaining exact and timely data for acceptance of right management decisions. And it is powerful advantage to such competitive market as non-state pension funds. At the same time effective interaction of project teams of the customer and vendor is of great importance for implementation of the ITSM project. It was also shown by the project implemented in NPF Sberbank.
