2020: Use of XBRL Factory
NPF Alliance works in XBRL Factory. On December 1, 2020 the Sintegro consulting company reported about it.
To the project with Sintegro consulting of NPF Alliance already worked in other XBRL system which is constructed not on 1C: Enterprise platform and did not support autoreporting of NPF. The reporting was collected partially in the accounting program, partially manually, and already formation in the XBRL format was done manually with loading through templates that led to frequent errors. This fact became key for search of other software supplier.
We were recommended by Sintegro my acquaintance - the colleague from other NPF. It was important to make the project quickly and on condition that the part of works will be performed by our IT specialists, and in Sintegro made advances. We worked at first in the demoversion of XBRL Factory, got acquainted with the program in the course of test delivery of the next reporting and decided on the choice. Good reviews about the company, her politician, competence of employees, desire and ability to work with the client convinced us finally, - Sergey Shapovalov, the chief accountant of NPF Alliance tells. |
Sintegro's specialists within the project configured rules of filling of the majority of forms and notes BFO and sales tax according to an accounting system. Concerning the remained forms the Fund always has opportunity to independently configure and finish assembly of indicators that allows to distribute tasks during the project, to involve the IT resource and to some extent to reduce its budget.
According to the results of work we would like to note a good set of the user functions in the program: convenient import / export of data in the XBRL and Excel formats, the clear protocol of filling and validation of forms. Also we estimated intuitive clearness of the program – in it it was from the very beginning simple to work that training was not required to us, - Sergey Shapovalov shared. |
