Solutions in the field of complex security of large facilities, which were previously exclusively used for tasks of a special category, now enter the Russian market and become available to a large circle of consumers, "said Yekaterina Solntseva, Director of Digitalization of Rosatom State Corporation, in her address to the participants of the event. She emphasized that the Pilot system is a Russian digital product that has proven itself internationally, which "demonstrates the serious potential of Rosatom as a vendor of digital products and shows the ability of Russian digital developments to compete with foreign supply. In this sense, "Pilot" is an example that sets a proper understanding of import substitution: not a mechanical replacement for a foreign domestic, but the creation of its own developments and products that are competitive on the international market. "Pilot" is designed to ensure the safety of objects with a mass stay of people, including not only sports facilities, but also the metro, airports and train stations, large business centers, museums and exhibition complexes, cultural and leisure parks.

A feature of "Pilot" is the possibility of combining into a single access control system equipment of geographically spaced objects with support of about a million users in real time. During the 2018 World Cup, Pilot united 12 major sports stadiums in 11 Russian cities.

"Calm for organizers, convenience for visitors, safety for everyone" - this slogan reflects a number of important advantages of "Pilot." MCUD "Pilot" allows to ensure control, safety and at the same time convenience of visitors at mass events and protected objects. The system determines the access rights of visitors to the controlled area using all popular reading technologies, including using biometric facial analysis. It records the facts of inputs and outputs, monitors the filling of the object, and also provides information exchange with external systems. "Pilot" has a high throughput: 450 people per hour per turnstile and can work out more than 1 million requests at a time. The system fully complies with the Russian and international standards ISO/IEC 15408 in the field of information security.

It is important to have a subsystem to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, modification or loss of use. In the event of unforeseen situations, the system is able to work offline using locally stored "white" and "black" lists and with the preservation of more than 10 thousand events, is friendly integrated with the object's fire protection systems and has an anti-panic protective mode, which involves quick unlocking of all turnstiles in emergency cases.

MCUD "Pilot" was developed by the Research and Design Institute of Electronic Engineering (NIKIRET) - a branch of JSC "FNPC" PO "Start" named after M.V. Protsenko "(part of the State Corporation" Rosatom "). In the interests of consumers, NIKIRET is ready to carry out a full cycle of work on the creation of complex safety systems for facilities with their handover to the customer "turnkey," including training of customer personnel, ensuring warranty and service services.
