Main objectives of system implementation of electronic document management became:

• Organize a common information space;
• Lower number of paper documents, reduce costs for supplies;
• Increase the level of performing discipline;
• Optimize working time of employees.

The active phase of works passed from February to September, 2018, then maintenance of a system with implementation of additional tasks was continued. All works were separated into several queues of implementation that the project team could focus on specific objectives, and users consistently mastered new functionality of a system. The main part of all tasks was solved standard means, however proceeding from requirements and specifics of Agrokompleks specialists of Portal-Yug company had to make completions of a system also.

As a result of implementation work with documents (processing, registration, storage), work with processes and tasks and also conducting actions in the 1C: Document Flow system was completely automated.
