Before start of the project there was no electronic document management system, there was no sufficient flexibility for automation of all processes.

At the enterprise for workflow automation by company management the decision on acquisition of the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF software product as this solution, ready to work, in which requirements of the legislation and real practice of work are considered was made.

Task:

• Minimize paper document flow, transition to electronic document management to the organizations.
• Receiving effective instrument of monitoring of processes

Architecture: For project implementation the 1C system was selected: Document flow PROF.

Systems are automated:

• Office-work: the entering/proceeding documentation, internal documentation
• It is organized accounting and storage of documentation

Results:

• As a result of implementation all documents are stored in a system and are on-line accessible on the first demand of.
• The possibility of loss of documents is excluded.
• Control of passing of stages of each process of approval is automated, an opportunity to set time frames of all process in general and its stages is provided.
• Due to accurate differentiation of areas of responsibility the possibility of an error is reduced to a minimum
• Reduction of labor costs on search of the necessary document
• Confidentiality due to flexible configuration of access rights to all data of information base is provided.
