Project Tasks:

  • Improvement of business processes of the Customer due to document flow simplification, reduction of time for search of the necessary document, acceleration of process of approval of documents,
  • Control of execution of instructions and approval of documents, accounting work of resources of employees;
  • Control and transparency of processes of work with agreements;
  • Organization of time management of employees, their absence and substitution.
  • Access control to documents it is strict according to the appointed user rights;
  • Organization of work with accounting and personnel documentation: determination of types of orders and orders; setup of processes and routes of approval, document templates;
  • User training to work with a system, preparation of instructions for work with a System;
  • An exception of paper document flow in the company according to certain documents.
