Growth of the company caused the necessity to automate processes of documentary ensuring activity.
For workflow automation the 1C: Document Flow PROF software product as it allows to execute automatic generation of registration numbers, accounting on the organizations, loading and sending documents and files by e-mail, maintaining the magazine of document transfer, accounting of personal data according to 152-FZ was selected.
Specialists of BUSINESS RESHENIYA LLC helped to put into operation the software product at the scheduled time and also to provide user training. Initial setup of a system was made, necessary printed forms of documents are implemented.
As a result of implementation of an automated system based on the 1C: Document Flow 8 PROF software product functions were automated:
- accounting and storage of the entering and outgoing documents
- registration and storage of outgoing documents
- accounting of agreements
