ASK Engineering (1C: Document Flow PROF)

It was required to automate document flow of ASK Engineering LLC for creation of uniform base of information storage on movement of documents.

Executed Koderlayn:

• transfer of completions of the existing workflow system with earlier written user rights;
• change of standard templates for formation of documents. At change of details of the document information on this event registers in the special magazine which allows to execute comparison of several versions.
• delivered on control the level of load of specialists and also terms of accomplishment of assigned tasks with report generation to the head of department;
• connected an option of preserving of the configured search conditions of documents and files according to details. Users can appropriate to the saved search conditions meaningful names.

Result:

• convenient base for document storage and the disciplined work of users;
• reduction of time for work with internal documents, search of necessary information.
• the adjusted collective work of employees at transparent approval, a statement and control of execution of documents;
