Accounting at the enterprise was automated using the 1C software product: Preave. 8. Complex accounting of the agricultural enterprise. For the purpose of increase in management efficiency and the end of support of outdated software products of JSC Mercy Agro Sakhalin the decision on transition from earlier used IC to the 1C software product was made : Preave. 8. ERP Agro-industrial complex 2, as automation which was more suitable on functionality for the complete solution of tasks. At the same time the task to broaden area of automation of regulated accounting was set, having included automation of cost accounting of production and tax accounting in a functional framework of the project.

For project implementation on a competitive basis the Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk NIP Information technologies 1C ERP company ", having the status Kandidat v: Centre LLC was selected. In December, 2019 the Agreement was signed, a functional framework of the project and the diagram of its implementation are defined. For an implementation of works skilled workers of group from the Customer (JSC Mercy Agro Sakhalin) and the Contractor (NIP Informatsionnye tekhnologii LLC) are created.

As a result of the carried-out works subsystems are implemented: CRM and Marketing, Sales, Purchases, Delivery and warehouse, Production, Payroll calculation, Personnel records, Treasury, Financial result and controlling, Non-current assets, Regulated accounting, Pig factory farm (individual accounting).

Changes on accounting of retail and cash transactions according to specifics of the customer are made.

The mechanism of formation of route sheets according to requirements of the customer is finished. Printed forms of documents are changed.

Report forms upon the demand of the customer are changed.

As a result of the carried-out works the controllability cash flows and turnover of a trade inventory improved, product cost due to reduction of costs decreased.

On the basis of standard mechanisms of the cost accounting the technique and methods of closing of costs accounts and cost accounting is developed.

In plans: implementation of a subsystem: Budgeting and planning to develop BDDS.
