For the organization of accounting at the enterprise separate software products which did not cover all functional requirements of the enterprise and did not allow to receive the reporting in all necessary cuts and with sufficient efficiency were used. With respect thereto the management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of the single modern accounting system which would allow to obtain operational and complete information about financial and economic activity of the enterprise for the purpose of acceptance of timely management decisions.
The decision on development and deployment of an end-to-end system of automation of accounting and enterprise management based on the "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 for Belarus" software product was made.
As a result of execution of works the following subsystems were automated:
- Maintaining NSI;
- Order placement of buyers;
- Customer relations (CRM);
- Pricing, price lists;
- Sales accounting of Inventories;
- Wholesale.
As a result of automation the following tasks were solved:
- Thanks to functionality of maintaining customer relations information on negotiations, correspondence, calls, customer complaints and other is stored in the unified information system.
- Possibility of flexible configuration of the reporting in all necessary cuts.
- Possibility of flexible configuration of sales terms for different clients, restrictions of sales to unfair clients.
- Convenient and flexible functionality of pricing.
- A system allowed to organize porulonny accounting of finished goods (in the previous system the lot-based accounting without detailing to rolls was carried out).
A system is put into commercial operation: 01.06.2020. User training on the implemented subsystems was provided.
