For automation of a management system at the enterprise the "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 for Belarus" software product was offered us.
During system implementation by specialists "The alphabet of management" it was selected Client-server (a database server: PostgreSQL).
The following works are carried out:
- made consultations on the choice of the software and offered options of its maintenance
- setup of the DBMS server;
- setup of server 1C;
- the web setup – servers;
- setup of the mobile client;
- development of provisions and instructions;
- collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
- planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
- creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
- integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
- integration into third-party automation systems
- initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
- input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances

- Process of formation of the procedural reporting accelerated.
- Transparency in business activities.
- An order in operational and regulated accounting.
- Processing of the received orders accelerated more than for 30%.
- Cost value of finished goods decreased to 5%.
- Data on activity of all divisions are consolidated in one system now. Obtaining the management reporting accelerated at least by 3 times, and preparation of regulated – by 5 times.
- Creation of analytical reports of any complexity for the deep and multilateral analysis of activity of all organization became simpler.
