Management accounting, personnel records, payroll accounting was kept based on third-party automation systems. Accounting is kept based on "1C: Accounting 8 PROF".

Because of the problems arising with low coherence of the operating systems among themselves, the inconvenient system of reports, double entry of primary documents, made the decision to start the project on system implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Management of construction organization 2".

Within the project the following works were performed:

• System and analytical inspection of an automation object is made
• The analysis and processing of the acquired information is made
• The automation model on segments is developed and implemented:
• Operational accounting
• Management accounting
• HRM

Automation based on this software product gave the chance of obtaining exact operational data on the basis of which the reporting, with a possibility of interpretation of value of the necessary indicator to the necessary detail level (the primary document, wiring, the report, a formula) is prepared transparent and flexible managerial, allowing to accept effective administrative, coordination at the different levels of a company performance and also, the leading solutions.
