Prior to the beginning of an implementation project in the company the information system based on the 1C: Corporate Finance Management software product which was finished taking into account specifics of activity of the company was used.

In the middle of 2019 the company management made the decision on implementation of a new system of managerial and regulated accounting based on "1C:ERP+PM Management of project organization 2".

During implementation of 1C:ERP+PM 2 it was necessary to implement:

• Conducting the operational, regulated and management accounting in the unified information system;
• Expense control and payments on projects;
• Cost accounting of works;
• Calculation of a financial result of projects;
• Reporting of IFRS;
• Integration with EDMS "1C: Document Flow CORP".

Results of Implementation:

• Conducting the operational, regulated and management accounting in the unified information system. Full translation of accounting and personnel records and also payroll in is made"1C: ERP+PM Management of project organization 2", is implemented a circuit of operational management of sales, purchases by means of orders.
• Expense control on projects. The technique of conducting project accounting of the company in "1C:ERP+PM Management of project organization 2" is developed. According to a technique the add-on modules using standard architecture and algorithms "1C:ERP+PM Management of project organization 2" were developed.
• Control of payments on projects. Functions of work with requests for a funds expenditure and also the payment schedule are implemented.
• Cost accounting of works. The automatic calculation of complete job cost by projects supported by a standard algorithm of closing of month is implemented.
• Calculation of a financial result of projects. Calculation of a financial result of projects by means of standard reports of the analysis of a financial result is implemented.
• Reporting of IFRS. Broadcast of these transactions RAS in the transaction IFRS according to the technique of IFRS accepted by the customer is configured forms of the reporting of IFRS, according to requirements of the company are prepared.
• Integration with EDMS "1C: Document Flow CORP". Approval of requests for payment in 1C: Document Flow CORP is organized, approval is implemented using the mechanism of seamless integration.
• Maximum use of standard opportunities "1C:ERP+PM Management of project organization 2" and minimization of completions. Completions of a system according to requirements of management accounting of the company were made pointwise, with preserving of upgradeability of releases "1C:ERP+PM Management of project organization 2".
• Project implementation using fast technology, the beginning of use of a system by the company since January, 2020.
