In Media Broadcasting Group Limited (MBG) company the implementation project of the Oracle CRM On Demand system is complete. As integrator the Technoserv Consulting company was attracted.

The Media Broadcasting Group Limited company works in the industry of a pay TV and represents satellite TV channels in Russia and the CIS countries.

Implementation project, the including analysis and formalization of the existing processes, formation of technical specifications, loading of the existing data, start of a system in commercial operation and training of employees, it was executed in three weeks.

According to the client, now in the market of CRM technologies applications "on demand" have indisputable advantages. First of all, the On-Demand model allows to accelerate considerably process of start of a system in commercial operation, to simplify further operation and support of a system and also it is essential to reduce initial investments by implementation. The selected solution combines in itself operational and analytical CRM and at the same time allows to implement the solution of all daily business challenges in the field of sales, marketing and service.

According to Lara Mallindayn, the commercial director of MBG, the company seriously approached the choice of the CRM platform and considered different versions of solutions. A choice was made for benefit of CRM On-Demand as this solution allowed the company to start in a short time the solution of the tasks, but already with the convenient business tool.

The implemented CRM system allows to collect all key information on operators in uniform base, to analyze the existing scope of subscribers and to select the most perspective regions for work. The CRM-application stores information on all operators that simplifies work of the sales department during the maintaining transactions and sales planning. Flexible analytical opportunities of the CRM system allow to create reports in any cuts and on any objects, visualizing information in a required format.
