Metodix [Metodiks] - an end-to-end system of automation for banks, the including CRM, processing system of requests for the credit, the borrower's assessment, collecting of debts (collection), contact center (Call the center). The software package Metodix is successfully applied as the platform to automation of business since 2000. A core competency - project implementation in the banking sector; also there are implemented solutions and for other branches of the economy.

Modules

The processing system of requests for the credit (the credit front) supports setup of business processes "on the fly" for each of types of credit products: plastic cards, car loans, a mortgage, consumer lending, products for legal entities. The Metodix system provides a full stroke of passing of the credit request: processing of the questionnaire on the credit, check of the borrower, assessment of solvency of the borrower, communication with the borrower on different channels, formation of loan agreements and integration into the core banking system.

The system of collecting of debts automates all process steps of collecting of debts: soft-collection (Soft Collection), hard-collection (Hard Collection) also kicked kollekshn (Legal Collection). Use of means of communication without participation of the person: the SMS, email, fax distributions, mailings, messages in Internet bank, automatic call-downs are the main instruments of automation of process of collecting of debts.

A system allows to configure flexibly for Bank of strategy of work with debtors at each stage (if necessary connecting also call-downs by operators/collectors), to estimate their efficiency using a technique Champion Challenger and the cost of process, using functional and cost the analysis (ABC-costing).

The module of Call center is closely integrated with CISCO, AVAYA and can be easily integrated with other solution providers.

The analytical module Metodix allows to analyze in a complex work with clients, to control sales of banking products, collecting of debts, quality and efficiency of credit process, work of departments and employees of the bank.

Metodix uses the principle of "one window", at the same time obtaining information from different banking applications. It is integrated with applied banking systems, such as core banking system, Internet banking, mobile bank, the mail, analytical systems.

The Metodix system deeply and in details studies bank business processes. Main advantage of a system - it allows to refuse "scrappy" automation, consolidating data on clients, business processes, employees of the bank, banking products and transactions, the statuses of passing of documents, allowing to have a uniform business picture.
