2018-2020: Creation of an oeprational risk management system and risks of cyber security

Being in process of continual and dynamic improvement, the Otkrytiye Bank on a permanent basis conducts work on ensuring the most security and reliable blanket of the data assets. Automation of an oeprational risk management system based on Security Vision CRS in which functions, important for Bank, are implemented became an important step in this direction.

Within implementation of Security Vision CRS the following tasks were solved:

• Connection to the system of all employees of the bank.
• Setup of automatic update of information on employees by integration with a personnel system.
• Loading of historical events from other systems of Bank.
• Implementation of process of operational risks with attraction of several roles of users – the applicant, the observer, the risk manager. Process considers detection of duplicates of events and a possibility of grouping of events in uniform the master an event.
• Integration into e-mail for simplification of an institution of events in a system.

"Implementation of an oeprational risk management system of bank based on Security Vision CRS already led to noticeable improvements – reduction of time for event handling of an operational risk, increase in level of availability of information to workers, formation of more flexible reporting system", - Oksana Staroselskaya, the Vice president, the director of the department of the analysis of retail risks of Otkrytiye bank reported.
