On November 27, 2020, the Evolution leasing company issued the first car to the client under a transaction that was fully prepared in the CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The company CMD-Soft acted as a partner in the project to create a specialized solution for automating leasing transactions, which it announced on December 14, 2020.

The project was launched in mid-August 2020 by the specialists of the Evolution IT team. At the initial stage, work was carried out to formalize functional requirements for the future system, a platform was chosen to implement the requirements and a list of technical assignments was formed to create specialized improvements. In September, CMD CMD-Soft specialists joined the project as developers of the functionality of the leasing solution.

On November 17, 2020, this IT system in the MVP state (minimum viable product - a product with minimal but sufficient functions to satisfy the first consumers) was put into combat operation. The functionality of the software solution provides a full cycle of work with the client, starting with the initial appeal, checking the client in external sources, qualification of the appeal to the transaction, movement of the application according to the stages of approval and the formation of a lease agreement. The contract includes functionality related to the automation of insurance processes and the formation of applications for payment. As part of the first stage of the project, electronic document storage was implemented, as well as integrations with various specialized services.

The project was completed in 3 months, which speaks for itself. We carefully considered the organization of the project, and also found an appropriate contractor with experience and experience in the financial sector, ready to flexibly integrate into our team. Few people believed that such volumes of work could be completed in such a short time, but, nevertheless, we succeeded. We have big plans ahead for the development of the project, and we hope to implement them in partnership with the specialists of the CMD-Soft, - commented Alexey Matyunin from the Evolution LLC.
