Roshydromet signed the contract for creation of the uniform web portal for 125 million rubles

In the middle of December, 2020 the Federal Hydrometeorology Service for Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet) signed the contract for creation of a uniform informational portal with Technoserv company. The agreement provides the customer's expenses in the amount of 125 million rubles.
Under the terms of the agreement, Technoserv will develop the "turnkey" web portal for Roshydromet, having integrated a number of the services located on different a resource there. Thanks to it consumers will be able to receive information services – different information of general purpose or specialized data – by the principle of "one window".
The system integrator will also be engaged in technical retrofitting and upgrade of the existing IT infrastructure in a number of the organizations of Roshydromet.
Knowledge of specifics of IT infrastructure, system of collecting and data analysis, features of functioning of divisions of Roshydromet will help us successfully and in time to execute the project on creation of a uniform informational portal — the deputy CEO of Technoserv for a business activity Dmitry Kulakovsky said, commenting on signing of the contract with Roshydromet. |
He noted that in different years Technoserv was engaged in upgrade of a storage system of Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIGMI-MTsD and a departmental distributed network of communication and an information transmission system of Roshydromet, creation of network of hydrometeorological monitoring in the pool of a water reservoir of Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP and several other projects.
Technoserv set and connected to an information system of data of VNIIGMI-MTsD about 100 workstations and the printing house of the center is updated. In a project deliverable, allegedly, it was succeeded to increase reliability of a storage system of VNIIGMI-MTsD and Roshydromet in general, to save a part of data and also to provide access for users from regional divisions of Roshydromet to information resources of VNIIGMI-MTsD.[1]
