Passage shopping Center optimizes work with tenants

The Passage shopping and entertainment center automated calculation of lease payments, accounting of settlement and management of the relations with tenants on the basis of industry software products "BIT:CRM 8" and "BIT: Accounting of Lease 8". The project is executed by specialists of the Penza branch 1C: Accounting and Trade (BITS).

Using the software product "BIT: Accounting of Lease 8" activity of management company is automated. In uniform information base account of objects of lease, floor-by-floor plans is kept; calculation of the rent from the area and from turnover; accounting of utility costs; accounting of additional services within lease agreements; settling with owners; accounting of agreements; accounting of supplementary agreements; change of rent conditions within one agreement.

System implementation "BIT:CRM 8" allowed to solve the following problems: the organization of process of work with clients by calls accounting and contacts of clients with employees; control of use of the funds allocated for carrying out marketing efforts; sales planning and works with clients and control of execution of plans; ensuring succession of work with the client, identification of the reasons of outflow of clients; standardization of document flow and providing reliable operational and analytical information to participants of process.

Besides, using the CRM system registration of events during the work with clients is performed; registration of appeals to the company concerning products or services; organization and holding polls of clients; full stroke of planning and accounting of marketing efforts.
