2020: PsyTarget start - service for determination of psychotypes of Internet buyers

In the middle of December, 2020 it became known of start in Russia of the PsyTarget service allowing to define psychotypes of buyers on the Internet. The neuronet was developed by the marketing agency "Studio 404" in cooperation with psychologists and programmers of the Oryol State University of I.S. Turgenev.

According to developers, service defines psychological type of the visitor of the website with an accuracy of 94%. Authors of the project promise growth of conversion on value to 36% and sales growth in online stores.

PsyTarget divides potential buyers into impulsive and reflexive.

Impulsive

  • it is socially active;
  • quickly makes the decision;
  • does not like to read much;
  • it is emotional.

Reflexive

  • information accuracy is important;
  • reads details;
  • thoughtful and pragmatic;
  • it is a lot of concerns.

When opening the website the script observer is started. Within 15 seconds he analyzes actions of the visitor on 30 with excess parameters. Then the switching script works: the algorithm changes the interface in invisible area of a window and on those pages where the guest passes further. The arrangement of blocks of content, banners and even color accents adapts. More than one thousand people who were previously tested by Kagan's technique participated in training of a neuronet of PsyTarget.

If to collect data on the person, to define his psychotype, to hang up cookie (a piece of the code which helps the websites to remember and identify the user) and to watch it - we will be able to present a product so that to hook on this guest — the author of the project Denis Tsvetkov explained to Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

Service can be useful to financial institutions. Psychological targeting will allow them to bring users to execution of requests for RKO, the credits or deposits more effectively. Founders of PsyTarget submitted the application to a technology accelerator of Uralsib bank.[1]
