The deputy chief technologist for mounting assembly production of JSC Kalugapribor entering into Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec Ivan Mikhaylovich Lyulya is awarded an honourable medal of a name of the Minister of the industry of means of communication of the USSR E.K. Pervyshin for achievements in development and creation of systems and means of communication. During operating time at the Kalugapribor enterprise he took active part in mastering and implementation of the technology of the automated surface mount which allowed to reduce labor input of production of electronic nodes more than by 5 times and also to successfully execute an automated assembly and installation of high density printed board assemblies.

Ivan Mikhaylovich works at Kalugapribor since 1996. At the enterprise took active part in mastering of technology of surface mount of electronic modules for office telephone exchanges, carried out the analysis of construction of the printed board assemblies released by the Kalugapribor enterprise, developed technical requirements to construction of printed circuit boards, electronic modules, to completing by components for ensuring automatic assembly of printed board assemblies. Under its direct management were successfully tested technologies of surface mount together with representatives of the Russian Defense Ministry.

Experience and professional achievements Kicks in the butt became a starting point for creation of interregional competence center on an automated assembly of printed board assemblies based on JSC Kalugapribor. Thanks to it in the years ahead the technology of surface mount for products of special equipment was implemented at manufacturing enterprises of the industry.
