In January, 2021 the contractor who will be engaged in construction of the center of children's oncology and hematology on Stepan Kuvykin St. in Ufa at Republican children's clinical hospital became known.

It is about Proyektstroykompleks company, RBC with reference to state procurement materials reports. Four Ufa enterprises participated in the tender, each of which offered the services in the reduced price rather initial:

• Trust Bashgrazhdanstroy LLC reduced the price for 300 thousand rubles;
• SU No. 1 LLC — for 30.9 million rubles;
• Dortransstroy LLC — for 75 million rubles;
• Proyektstroykompleks LLC — for 97.9 million rubles.

Applications for participation in an open competition were accepted till January 15, 2021. Proyektstroykompleks won tender which not only offered the minimum price, but also received higher rating by criterion "qualification of the procurement participant" as the total cost of the agreements performed by it exceeded results of opponents and made 578.2 million rubles.

According to a resource " circuit.focus ", the winner enterprise it is registered at the end of November, 2012 in Ufa and specializes in construction of residential and non-residential buildings. Its authorized capital in 44 thousand rubles belongs to the director who is his founder.

Earlier concerning Proyektstroykompleks a claim for bankruptcy was submitted to Arbitration court of Bashkortostan, however afterwards the company signed the settlement agreement with creditors and avoided competitive procedures.

According to the regional Ministry of Health, the children's oncohematological center in Ufa will represent the seven-story building Mr. of a figurative form, it will be attached to the existing building of the surgical body. The total area of the center will be 17.7 thousand m ².

It is supposed that input of the new medical center in operation will allow to reduce, in particular, death rate from malignant new growths at children from 3.6 to 3.2 on 100 thousand population, one-year lethality at children with malignant new growths from 9.2 to 8.4%, to increase the general survival at children malignant new growths from 70 to 80%, to provide a scope with the complex, combined treatment from 23.7% to 28.9% of children with malignant new growths.^[1]

2020: Construction of the center of children's oncology and hematology

As it became known on December 16, 2020, in Ufa will construct the children's oncohematological center for 1.5 billion rubles. The corresponding tender was announced by GKU "Management of Capital Construction of the Republic of Bashkortostan".

Under the terms of biddings, the general contractor should execute till December, 2024 construction and commissioning and also to supply the equipment to future Center of children's oncology and hematology on Stepan Kuvykin Street at republican children's clinical hospital.

According to Kommersant with reference to materials of an open competition, on construction of the building from the republican budget 830 million rubles, are selected for supply of equipment — 277 million rubles. 42.8 million more rubles will spend for outside networks and constructions of water supply, water disposal, heat supply and gas supply.

In Ufa will construct the children's oncohematological center for 1.5 billion rubles

It is possible to submit the bid till January 15, 2021. The contract should be executed till December, 2024. In 2021 from treasury of the region will direct 285 million rubles to construction of the center of children's oncology, in the 2022nd — 610 million rubles, in the 2023rd — 501.4 million rubles, in the 2024th — 103.5 million rubles.

It is planned that will enter into structure of a new object the block of premises of acceptance (the children's oncologist, the hematologist, the immunologist), a day hospital on 10 beds, the block of immunology on 10 beds, departments of oncology - on 31 beds, hematology - on 31 beds, resuscitation and intensive therapy on 7 beds, transplantation of marrow on 6 beds, the operational block with two postoperative beds, cryostorage with service of transfusiology, immunological laboratory, molecular and genetic laboratory, cytogenetic laboratory, patogistologichesky laboratory, the cathedral block, the central sterilizing department, catering department.

Construction on the Center of children's oncology and hematology within the national Health care project supported during a working trip to the region in May, 2020 the minister health care Russia Mikhail Murashko. From the regional budget selected 22 million rubles for accomplishment of project works.^[2]
