Aripix will implement industrial robots on production Grand A.V.

2020: Plans of robotization of a production line

The Aripix Robotics company, the resident Klastera of the advanced production technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, will implement robots and automates processes of packaging and palletizing of wet hygienic towel wipes of Grand A.V company. It will allow to increase output by 40-50%. The Skolkovo Foundation reported about it on December 17, 2020.

On one of lines of production of wet towel wipes of Grand A.V. company the robotic complex will be set. It consists of two robots of the console Aripix D1 type, one six-axial Aripix A1 robotic manipulator and the additional equipment.

Robots will take away from the pipeline of packaging of wet towel wipes, to prepare boxes and to stack in them napkins and also to place the filled boxes on pallets. Thus, production of wet towel wipes Grand A.V. will be completely automated. It will allow the company to increase output.

Robots will be able independently to be recustomized - to accept from the pipeline and to stack in boxes of packaging of different weight and size that will give to our partner the chance quickly and to react flexibly to demand and not to depend on a human factor in a pandemic situation. Thanks to automation of this process the speed of work of all production will grow - robots will accept from the pipeline of 80-100 packagings of napkins in a minute. People are not capable to work with such speed, and implementation of robots will lift this limit.
