DialogNauka completed the project on certification of personal data information systems of Sirena-Travel

2020: Certification of personal data information systems

The DialogNauka company announced on December 16, 2020 project completion for Sirena-Travel company on certification of personal data information systems (further – ISPDN) on compliance to requirements of the Russian legislation in the field of personal data protection.

Activity of Sireny-Travel is connected with use of large volume of personal data (PDN) of clients therefore the question of protection of PDN is one of primary.

The feature of this project consisted in need of certification of the inventory systems of service of passengers regarding compliance to its requirements for personal data protection. With respect thereto, in close cooperation with employees of division of information security of Sireny-Travel, specialists of JSC DialogNauka approaches were developed and the complex of actions for security of the personal data which allowed to pass acceptance tests and as result, to issue the corresponding certificates on the stated information systems is implemented.

Certification of flagman information systems of Sireny-Travel among which the inventory Leonardo system and the universal platform of management, sale and control of rendering transport services to passengers of "Transkhost", on compliance to requirements of the Russian legislation in the field of personal data protection by the licensee of FSTEC is deserved assessment of the efforts made by the company in the field of ensuring data protection and observance of requirements of the current legislation in the field. The received results represent independent assessment of a maturity of processing and personal data protection in inventory information systems which Sirena-Travel offers the acting customers. Also we consider certification of our information systems as one of competitive advantages which will help our potential clients when choosing the supplier of distribution of aviation services. As in the domestic market it is the first solutions having the certificate of FSTEC so far.
