2020: Inclusion in the unified register of domestic software

Rostelecom registered the IT product "Uniform Point of Entry" in the unified register of domestic software what announced on December 18, 2020. Using this solution all reports and information systems of the company are integrated into the unified register that allows to work quickly and conveniently with large volumes of information.

"The uniform point of entry" turns data of the company into uniform space thanks to which the user needs to become authorized on only one resource to have access to all reports and information systems of the company. The product allows the user to find quickly necessary information using filters and a key word.

The IT product consists of four modules: general register of reports, card of the report, glossary, administration module. The register of reports is a directory of all information services of the company. The card of the report contains the detailed structure of information services (BI1 reports, data marts). The glossary — the dictionary of terms including the description of information services in which they are involved. In the module of administration technical support of users is performed, accesses to the reporting are provided.

Qualitatively to work with data and to use them for the business benefit, it is necessary to adjust competent information management. It should be most available in the company to help business to develop and be scaled constantly with the minimum labor costs. For this purpose the companies also build data management systems. Creation of such system provides operational delivery of data on the scale of the organization, understanding from where they appeared and who is responsible for their quality and relevance.
