The choice of 1C: Document Flow is caused by the purpose of storage of archive of accounting documents, agreements with partners and integration of a system into the 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0 software product.

The specifics of accounting at the enterprise are caused by the financing performed by several states, forms of approval, storage, document retrieval.

During the project a system is unrolled in 60 workplaces. Statistic reports and notifications for users, for curators are added. The feature for loading and storage of forms of the reporting sent to FTS and to RPF through Taxcom is added. The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Document flow (ECM)
• Accounting and document storage
• Maintaining nomenclature of affairs
• Accounting of agreements

Project deliverables had an impact on process of storage and document retrieval in archive as all of them became available to concerned parties in a common information space, under control of the responsible now. The risk of uncontrolled distribution of document revisions, losses of final option, - lost relevance as their storage is performed systemically now.

There was a functionality for the optimal, automated, transparent process of approval of documentation. A system is put into commercial operation.
