The company, related with Katerina Tikhonova, received the government contract on completion of the IT system Electronic school for 33 million rubles

In December, 2020 it became known of the first government contract of Innotekh company, one of co-owners of which is the National Intellectual Development fund headed by Katerina Tikhonova. The cost of the contract is about 33 million rubles, it is expected two years — to the 2022nd.

According to "MBH of media" with reference to information on the portal of state procurements, under the agreement acts as the customer the Ministry of digital development and communication of the Novosibirsk region which ordered services in "upgrade and technical maintenance" of an information system of the region Electronic school. It integrates electronic diaries of pupils and other technology platforms in the field of formation of the region.

In particular, Innotekh will have to add in a system a feature to create reports "about the movement of pupils (between classes and educational groups), with information display about the number of the children who arrived or decreased from/in a specific class with indication of the basis (order) for the selected educational periods".

In the publication of the edition it is said that the Innotekh company was founded in September, 2019. She is engaged in software developments. By December, 2020 51% of the company belong to National Intellectual Development fund. The board of trustees of fund includes Igor Sechin, Sergey Chemezov and Andrey Kostin.

The 39 percent share of Innotekh company belongs to Veb-Most company (is engaged in creation of electronic journals for school students), and the remained share in 10% the CEO of Innotekh Alexander Gubarik owns. The authorized capital of the company is 10 thousand rubles.

MEDIA call Katerina Tikhonova the president's daughter Russia Vladimir Putin. It is officially known that Putin has two daughters, however he never publicly revealed their personality.[1][2]
