2020: Implementation of accounting systems

UK Tinkoff Capital keeps account in the systems of Sintegro consulting company what the last announced on December 23, 2020.

As at the beginning of the project accounting data in UK Tinkoff Capital was not yet, at the first stage of a system "Sintegro OSBU" and "XBRL factory" were set "empty". Initial setup – account policy and the main reference books - a simple task, and with support consulting of Sintegro management company closed it independently. Integration with other systems – more difficult process. Into UK Tinkoff Capital of Sintegro of OSBU it is integrated with a system bank client, salary accounting system management company. Besides, loading information on the security transactions was tuned up.

For reporting in the XBRL format autocompletion of forms of accounting financial statements, including notes on risks, and forms of supervising statistical reporting is configured. During the project reporting forms according to the latests version of taxonomy are recustomized.

We faced difficulties when we began to enter data into the systems and to work with them. There were many transactions which we did "manually". Then with methodical consultations, additional training and technical assistance the staff of technical support of Sintegro was connected to us. In process of works with them the number of "manual" transactions began to be reduced. For December, 2020 we still interact with technical support, but, in general, work in a system returned to normal.
